WHY PRIVATE PRACTICE?

Hone in on your personal goals for your health and happiness. Address strengthening, mindfulness, pain-support, mobility, back wellness, and more. Drawing on the modalities of yoga, Pilates, kinesthetics, and breathwork, private sessions will be specific to your needs at each meeting. Practice at our new and spacious studio featuring Gratz® equipment, overlooking the Indianapolis canal.

Private Sessions may work well for you if you are:

  • Recovering from sports injury

  • Addressing specific areas of pain or tension

  • Focusing on a particular health and fitness goal

  • New to the practices of Pilates and/or yoga and prefer to meet one-on-one as you begin

 

How TO BEGIN?

To ignite your practice, first complete the form below for review. Once Susan receives and looks over your questionnaire, a brief phone consultation will take place prior to the first practice. During your consultation, you will schedule your first session and receive details of the session's location, apparel requirements, and any other notes!

 

HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS AND WHAT ARE THE RATES?

Sessions may be scheduled for (30) minutes, (60) minutes, or (90) minutes and may be purchased in bulks of (5) sessions to receive discount. Currently, payment will be completed upon arrival at your session. Check and credit card are accepted.
